Collection Dates: 10 May–2 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Adults collected on Fraxinus americana and Ulmus sp. Larval host recorded as Quercus rubra var. ambigua (Gray) Fern. Adults also on Acer sp. , Corylus cornuta , Crataegus douglasii , Crataegus punctata Jacq. , Pinus banksiana Lamb. , Populus tremuloides , Q. alba , Q. macrocarpa , Q. rubra , Q. velutina , Ulmus americana , and U. rubra .

Collection Method: On F. americana , Ulmus sp. , and in bait trap.
