Collection Dates: 18 May–29 August.

Minnesota Hosts: Collected on Picea pungens Engelm. Adults also on Abies balsamea , Picea glauca , Pinus banksiana , P. resinosa , and Pseudotsuga menziesii .

Collection Method: Collected on Picea pungens , in Lindgren funnel trap on Pinus banksiana , washed ashore on Lake Superior, and as C. fumipennis prey.
