Holotype. USNM 122905 About USNM , dried specimen in poor condition.
Type locality. Bimini, Great Bahama Bank.
Material. Great Bahama Bank, Great Exuma, Exuma Cays : Stocking Island (Bottomly’s Blue Hole), Sta 99-065: USNM 1021459 About USNM , 3 specimens in alcohol; (The Subway), Sta 00-006: USNM 1021460 About USNM , 1 adult male in alcohol .

Supplementary descriptions. Carapace size (length, height in mm). Adult female, USNM 1021459, 1.06, 0.59. Instar III (A-2 instar), USNM 1021459, 0.79, 0.41. Instar I (A-4 instar), USNM 1021459, 0.52, 0.29.
