HOLOTYPE: AMNH 146394 View Materials , male, collected at La Pampa, 13.39S, 69.36W ( Stephens and Traylor, 1983), Puno, southeastern Peru, on 6 October 1916, by Harry Watkins (no. 220). GoogleMaps  

COMMENTS: Zimmer gave the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description and on page 58 listed his type series.
