Host. Rodentia— Microtus majori (as Pitymys majori ).

Distribution in Turkey. Kütahya (Mount Murat) ( Beaucournu & Orhan 1983).

Notes. Type host is Microtus majori (as Pitymys majori ). Type locality of this species is Kütahya, Turkey.
