Diagnosis. Body length 8.24 mm; fore wing length 5.04 mm.

Black except the following: scape yellow; mandible yellow with base black and apex reddish brown; pronotal collar yellow except at medial notch; pronotal lobe yellow; axilla and two non- continuous spots on scutellum yellow; yellow spots on lateral flange of metapleuron and on metanotum (Fig. 101); tegula brown, yellow anteriorly; legs mostly reddish brown with distinct yellow marking ventrally (marking distinct on fore legs); mid and hind femora with less yellow marking; Gt1, Gt2 and Gt5 with yellow maculae, Gt3 and Gt4 immaculate. Clypeus deeply indented; anterior carina of pronotal collar laterally curving towards pronotal lobe; IOC indistinct; POD greater than OOD; obsolete punctation on head and mesosoma in female, fainter punctation visible in male; post-scutellum with yellow spots; legs reddish brown with varying yellow steaks; Gt3 and Gt4 immaculate.
