Material examined.–Indian Ocean. Aldabra Atoll (09°24.0'S, 46 °20.0'E), Picard I., red and coralline algae from Thalassodendron bed, seaward side of reef crest, 2 m, 15 Mar 1988, B. Kensley, NMV J17155 View Materials (many specimens).

Distribution: Aldabra Atoll, western Indian Ocean; coral rubble, 2 m depth.

Remarks: These specimens are similar to E. collaris in setation of the telson but differ in shape of the telson and uropodal rami. It too may be an undescribed species. This species may be the one referred to as Panathura macronesia by Kensley (1988: 41).
