Known distribution: Argentina (Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, and Misiones), Brazil, and Uruguay (Berg, 1879; Pirán, 1956b; Quintanilla et al., 1981; Grazia and Schwertner, 2008; Bernardes et al., 2011).
