D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 13-16 mm. Flagellum with 63-66 flagellomeres. Head and mesosoma covered with short setae. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. Inner eye margin parallel. Minimal facial width 1.0× eye length. Clypeus 2× as wide as long, slightly convex. MI 0.7-0.8. Mandible short. Genal carina absent ventrally. Epomia absent. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transverse carina absent. Hind femur 6.4-6.9× as long as wide. Areolet pointed frontally, vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. 1 st tergite 1.9-2.0× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9-1.4× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2× as long as hind tibia.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma brownish. Flagellomeres 13-18, collar, hind edge of pronotum, tegula and scutellum yellow. 1 st tergite apically and 2 nd to 3 rd tergites entirely red, following tergites mainly black, 6 th and 7 th tergites yellowish apically. Legs mainly reddish; hind femur black, basally and apically ± reddish; hind tibia red, apically ± brown; 2 nd to 4 th hind tarsomeres yellowish. Pterostigma ochreous.

♁. Length 14 mm. Flagellum with 58-59 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.3× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye. Head with long setae (as long as ocellar diameter). Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.2× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Clypeus 1.7× as wide as long. MI 0.8. Mesoscutum densely punctate, dull. Propodeum coarsely rugose. Hind femur 5.5-6.2× as long as wide. Areolet shortly stalked frontally; vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. 1 st tergite 1.9-2.3× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 1.0× as long as wide.

Color: black. Stripes of flagellomeres 11-21, collar, tegula and scutellum yellow. Sometimes spots on facial orbits, clypeus and anterolateral spots on mesoscutum yellowish. 2 nd and 3 rd tergites red. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly reddish-yellow; hind femur black, paler basally and apically; hind tibia pale yellow, slightly infuscate apically; 2 nd to 4 th hind tarsomeres ivory. Wings slightly yellowish infuscate; pterostigma yellow.
