D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 9-13 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 52- 57 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.6-5.8× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.7-2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins distinctly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.7-0.8× eye length. Clypeus 1.6-1.7× as wide as long. MI 0.4-0.5. Mandible short. Hypostomal carina slightly elevated. Epomia distinct. Mesoscutum rather densely to densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent or weakly developed medially. Hind femur 5.2-5.8× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet pointed or shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu in or proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 2.2-2.3× as long as wide, with sparse long setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 1.2-1.3× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2× as long as hind tibia and 0.4× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale brownish. Stripes on flagellomeres 11/12-15 and sometimes spot on scutellum yellowish. 1 st tergite apically, 2 nd to 5 th tergites and sternites entirely red; 6 th and 7 th tergites and hypopygium black. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; fore and mid femora ± infuscate dorsally; hind femur black in apical 0.2; hind tibia in apical half (sometimes mainly) and hind tarsus infuscate; 2 nd and 3 rd /4 th hind tarsomeres ivory. Pterostigma yellow or ochreous, margins darker.

♁. Length 11-12 mm. Flagellum with 53-55 flagellomeres. OED 1.3-1.5× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 5.0-5.4× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 2.1× as long as wide; 2 nd tergite 1.0- 1.1× as long as wide.

Color: black. Face partly or entirely, clypeus, palps and base of mandible yellow. Sometimes scape ventrally and propleuron with yellow spots. Fore coxa and trochanter often with yellow spots, sometimes also mid coxa. Fore and mid legs ± yellowish frontally.
