D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 12-13 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 43- 47 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.9-6.0× as long as wide and 0.6-0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. Temple slightly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.7-2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins parallel. Facial width minimally 1.0× eye length. Clypeus 1.8× as wide as long, with distinct transversal ridge basally. MI 0.5-0.7. Mandible short. Genal carina ± obsolete ventrally. Epomia weak or absent. Mesoscutum coarsely and densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 4.9-5.1× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with distinct teeth. Areolet pointed or shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus various; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.4-1.6× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.7-0.8× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.4-0.5× as long as hind tibia and 0.9-1.1× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale. Clypeus reddish apically. Scutellum yellow or black. 1 st tergite apically and 2 nd to 3 rd tergites entirely red, sometimes 4 th tergites basally red. 4 th to 7 th tergites with narrow yellow hind margins. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind femur often narrowly black apically; hind tibia basally and apically ± infuscate; hind tarsus black; 2 nd to 5 th hind tarsomeres sometimes reddish basally. Pterostigma ochreous, with darker margins.

♁. Length 10-12 mm. Flagellum with 42-49 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.5-6.0× as long as wide and 0.6-0.7× as long as eye. OED 1.6× ocellar diameter. Minimal facial width 0.9× eye length. Hind femur 4.5-4.8× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.6× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite about as long as wide.

Color: as in ♀, but 1 st tergite narrowly red apically; 2 nd and 3 rd tergites red, sometimes ± darkened. Hind trochantellus ± red. Sometimes 2 nd to 4 th hind tarsomeres ± paler.
