D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-14 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 46- 51 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.5-5.5× as long as wide and 0.5-0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. Ocelli small, OED 2.0-2.5× ocellar diameter. Frons with median triangular tubercle. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.8× eye length. Clypeus 1.5× as wide as long. MI 0.4. Mandible short. Epomia indistinct. Mesoscutum coarsely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose-punctate; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 4.6-5.9× as long as wide. Hind claws long, strongly bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus various; vein 1cu-a interstitial or slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.8-1.9× as long as wide, with sparse short setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8-1.0× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2-0.3× as long as hind tibia and 0.5× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma pale. Scutellum ± ivory. 1 st tergite apically, 2 nd to 3 rd tergites entirely and 4 th tergite basally red. 1 st to 3 rd sternites red. Legs mainly black; fore tibia reddish frontally. Wings sometimes slightly infuscate, pterostigma ochreous. ♁. Length 9-11 mm. Flagellum with 45-47 flagellomeres; 1st flagellomere 3.8× as long as wide and 0.5× as long as eye. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. Frons with median horn or tubercle. OED 1-4× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 4.8-5.4× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.8× and 2 nd tergite 0.8× as long as wide.

Color: black. Anterolateral spot of mesoscutum, scutellum and subtegular ridge ivory. 1 st tergite apically, 2 nd and 3 rd tergite entirely and 4 th tergite usually red. Fore and mid legs ochreous, fore and mid femora blackish basally; hind femur reddish-brown; hind tarsomere often reddish apically. Pterostigma ochreous.
