D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-13 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 54- 57 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 6.2-6.7× as long as wide and 0.7-0.8× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres longer than wide. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.5-2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins parallel or slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.8-0.9× eye length. Clypeus 2.0-2.3× as wide as long. Mandible not elongate. MI 0.5-0.6. Epomia absent. Mesoscutum densely punctate, partly granulate. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 5.4-6.0× as long as wide. Hind claws long, distinctly bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet pointed frontally, slightly oblique, vein 2m-cu in or proximad its middle; vein 1cu-a interstitial or slightly postfurcal. Metasoma mainly smooth and shining, basal tergites with sparse punctures laterally. 1 st tergite 2.0-2.1× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9-1.0× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2-0.3× as long as hind tibia and 0.5-0.6× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma ochreous. Clypeus reddish. Stripes of flagellomeres 10/11-17, 2 nd to 4 th hind tarsomeres and rarely facial orbit and apical spot of scutellum yellowish. Metasoma black, sometimes apical margins of 1 st to 3 rd tergites reddish. Coxae, trochanters and trochantelli black; legs otherwise mainly red; mid and hind femora ± infuscate; hind tibia weakly and all tarsi ± infuscate. Pterostigma brownish.

♁. Flagellum with 53-57 flagellomeres. OED 1.1-1.4× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 5.3- 5.7× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.7-2.0× as long as wide, with sparse rather coarse punctures. 2 nd tergite 1.2× as long as wide.

Color: black. Stripes on flagellomeres 14-17 ivory. Mandible, gena, clypeus, face, scape ventrally, prosternum, mesosternum ±, usually collar and hind edge of pronotum, tegula, subtegular ridge, anterolateral spot on mesoscutum, dorso-apical corner of mesopleuron, apical spot of scutellum, spots of all coxae and of fore and mid trochanters and 2 nd to 4 th hind tarsomeres yellow. Apical margin of 1 st tergite, 2 nd and 3 rd tergites ± and 4 th tergite basally reddish. Coxae and trochanters black; hind coxa sometimes reddish ventrally; legs otherwise mainly reddish; hind femur narrowly yellowish basally.
