D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 10-14 mm. Flagellum bristle-shaped, with 57-62 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.1-5.5× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye; all flagellomeres longer than wide. Temple rather strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.8-2.5× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.8× eye length. Clypeus 1.4-1.5× as wide as long, with sparse punctures apically. MI 0.7-0.8. Mandible distinctly elongate. Epomia present. Mesoscutum, densely punctate, smooth between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina indicated by rugae. Hind femur 4.5- 5.5× as long as wide. Hind claws moderately bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique, vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a postfurcal. Tergites smooth and shining, with short sparse setae laterally. 1 st tergite 2.1× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2- 0.3× as long as hind tibia and 0.4-0.5× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale brown. Clypeus sometimes ± reddish. Usually spot of subtegular ridge and scutellum, sometimes anterolateral spot of mesoscutum yellow. Apical tergites sometimes with narrow yellow hind margins. Coxae and trochanters black; fore and mid trochantelli partly and legs otherwise mainly red; hind tibia in apical 2/3 and hind tarsus entirely black. Pterostigma ochreous, margins darker.

♁. Length 12-13 mm. Flagellum with 53-55 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.5× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.6-1.8× ocellar diameter. Clypeus 1.4× as wide as long. MI 0.8. Hind femur 4.8- 4.9× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.7× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9-1.0× as long as wide.

Color: black. Face sometimes reddish centrally. Usually collar, subtegular ridge and anterolateral spot on mesoscutum (sometimes weak or reddish) and scutellum yellow. Coxae and trochanters black; trochantelli and legs otherwise mainly red; hind tibia in apical ½ or mainly and hind tarsus black; 4 th and 5 th hind tarsomeres sometimes paler. Pterostigma ochreous.
