D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 10-11 mm. Flagellum bristle-shaped, with 55 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.6× as long as wide and 0.5-0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square and ± moniliform. Head covered with long setae (as long as width of basal flagellomeres). Temple rather strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 1.0× eye length. Clypeus 1.6× as wide as long, with central transversal ridge, concave apically. MI 0.8. Mandible slightly elongate. Epomia absent. Hind edge of pronotum distinctly and triangularly widened. Mesoscutum densely punctate, finely granulate, but ± shining. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 5.7× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly sessile frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a postfurcal. Metasoma finely granulate, but shining. 1 st tergite 1.4× as long as wide, punctate and coarsely granulate laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8-0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 1.2× as long as hind tibia; ovipositor slightly bent upwards.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma brownish. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly pale red; hind tibia in apical 2/3 and hind tarsus black. Pterostigma reddish-brown. ♁. Length 10-11 mm. Flagellum bristle-shaped, with 51-54 flagellomeres; 1st flagellomere 5.3× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye; all flagellomeres longer than wide. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.8× ocellar diameter. Minimal facial width 1.0× eye length. Clypeus 2.0× as wide as long. MI 0.7. Mandible short. Hind edge of pronotum distinctly and triangularly widened. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle oval. Hind femur 6.6-7.9× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, without teeth. 1 st tergite 2.2× as long as wide, widely punctate. 2 nd tergite about as long as wide.

Color: black. Apical half of clypeus weakly reddish. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly yellow-red; hind tibia in apical 2/3 and hind tarsus black. Pterostigma ochreous.
