D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-15 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 47- 55 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.5-5.2× as long as wide and 0.5-0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres as long as wide. Temple distinctly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.9-2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.7-0.8× eye length. Clypeus 1.7-1.8× as wide as long. MI 0.5-0.7. Mandible slightly elongate. Epomia present. Mesoscutum finely and rather densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum superficially and transversally rugose-punctate; spiracle long-oval; apical transversal carina absent or ± present medially. Hind femur 5.0-5.8× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with rather long teeth. Areolet stalked frontally, oblique; vein 2m-cu slightly proximad its middle; vein 1cu-a slightly antefurcal or interstitial. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.8-2.0× as long as wide, with sparse punctures laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8-0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.3-0.4× as long as hind tibia and 0.7-0.8× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma pale. 1 st tergite apically, and 2 nd to 3 rd /4 th tergites entirely red (sometimes ± darkened). Legs usually black; fore leg ± brownish frontally; hind leg sometimes ± reddish, then hind femur reddish and infuscate in apical 0.1-0.2 and hind tibia reddish and infuscate in apical half. Wings slightly infuscate, pterostigma ochreous or blackish.

♁. Length 12-14 mm. Flagellum with 49-52 flagellomeres. Head and mesosoma covered with long setae (as long as diameter of basal flagellomeres). Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. Hind femur 4.7-5.4× as long as wide.

Color: black. 1 st tergite in apical half and 2 nd to 3 rd /4 th tergites entirely red. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; fore and mid femora ± infuscate; hind femur brown or red with dark apex; hind tibia sometimes reddish basally, 4 th hind tarsomere sometimes paler. Pterostigma brown, paler centrally.
