D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-12 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 53- 54 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 3.6-4.5× as long as wide and 0.5-0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres slightly transverse. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. Frons concave. OED 1.9-2.0× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins parallel ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.9× eye length. Clypeus 1.8× as wide as long. MI 1.0. Mandible short. Hypostomal carina slightly elevated. Epomia absent. Mesoscutum finely and densely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely transversely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur stout, 4.8-5.0× as long as wide. Hind claws rather long, moderately bent apically, with basal short teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique, vein 2m-cu reaching its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a distinctly postfurcal, oblique. Metasoma finely granulate, but shining. 1 st tergite 1.9-2.0× as long as wide, with sparse punctures and setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8-1.0× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.6× as long as hind tibia and 1.1-1.2× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor continuously bent upwards.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma brownish. Sometimes vertical orbit with yellowish spot. Metasoma black, sometimes basal tergites with diffuse dark reddish suffusion. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind femur narrowly infuscate apically; hind tibia basally and in apical 0.4 infuscate; hind tarsus infuscate. Wings slightly infuscate; pterostigma ochreous.

♁. Length 11-12 mm. Flagellum with 49 flagellomeres, 1 st flagellomere 5.0× as long as wide; preapical flagellomeres as long as wide. Temple moderately and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.8× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins parallel ventrally. Clypeus 1.5× as wide as long, finely punctate and granulate. MI 1.1. Mesoscutum with fine dense punctures, smooth and shining between punctures. Hind femur 5.1× as long as wide. Hind claws moderately bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked, slightly oblique, vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a distinctly postfurcal (0.5× its length), oblique. 1 st and 2 nd tergites with superficial punctures, densely pilose. 1 st tergite 1.8× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 1.0× as long as wide.

Color: black. Mesosoma with brownish setae. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind femur narrowly infuscate apically; hind tibia basally and in apical 0.4 infuscate; hind tarsus black. Pterostigma ochreous.
