2. Ovipositor sheath 4.5 × as long as fore wing; metasomal tergites uniformly black; head in anterior view distinctly cubic; hind leg entirely black; infuscate area of fore wing intruding into marginal cell; scape entirely yellowish brown; fore wing vein 3-SR 2.8 × as long as vein 2-SR...............................................
