Chrysobothris thoracica (Fabricius) 1789: 138 ( Buprestis ) is thus limited to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands of Anegada, Guana, Great St. James, Jost Van Dyke, Necker, Sandy Cay, St. John, St. Thomas; and tentatively Anguilla and St. Croix.
