Fauvel (1950) considered Harmothoe anderssoni Bergström, 1916 as belonging to Hermadion due to the presence of unidentate neurochaetae. The syntypes (SMNH Type-586) showed that the species also has cephalic peaks and neuropodia with a supra-acicular process. Therefore, we agree with Hartman (1964) who referred the species to Eunoe .
