Material examined. Colombia, Meta: 1 macropterous ♀ , Puerto López, Corregimiento Altamira, Finca Chaparralito, 140 m. 04.iii.2009, I. Morales col. ( UPTC) .

Distribution. Brazil: Amazonas ( Nieser 1970; Moreira et al. 2009, 2011), Mato Grosso ( Nieser 1970, Dias- Silva et al. 2013), Pará ( Nieser 1970). Colombia: Meta ( Roback & Nieser 1974). Guyana: East Berbice- Corentyne ( Hungerford & Evans 1934). Peru ( Drake & Lauck 1959). Suriname: Brokopondo ( Nieser 1970). Trinidad & Tobago: Siparia ( Alkins-Koo 1990, Nieser & Alkins-Koo 1991). Venezuela: Amazonas ( Nieser 1970).

Note. This is the second record of this species from Colombia ( Fig. 8 ).
