Pacouria roxburghii Kostel. is a superfluous renaming of Willughbeia edulis Roxb.

Alphonse de Candolle included Nerium tomentosum Roxb. in his Wrightia tomentosa var. roxburghii . The lectotype of Nerium tomentosum Roxb. is here designated as lectotype of de Candolle’s variety.
