Material examined.

BIOREPES 1 stn 28, 1 male. COBERPES 2011 stn D9, 1 male.

Remarks.

This species has been reported in the Gulf of Mexico in Florida (NNW, ESE); Caribbean, Dominica, and Bermuda; 543-1967 m ( Baba et al. 2008; Felder et al. 2009). Only two organisms of Munidopsis serratifrons were collected off Ría Lagartos, and Cabo Catoche, Yucatán (SSW, ESE) at a 614.0-769.0 m depth range. This species occurred in summer and spring. Male CL = 10.2, female CL = 9.8 mm.
