Cyclocephala discolor (Herbst, 1792) , new state record

This species is widely distributed in Mexico (states of Chiapas, Colima, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Oaxaca, and San Luis Potos´ı) to Argentina ( Moore et al. 2018; Ratcliffe et al. 2013). A male specimen represents a new state record, labeled: “ MEXICO, Campeche, Calakmul, 14-VI-2014, luz, selva perennifolia, F. Escobar-Hdz. col.” (1♂) (FEHC). This record is the first on the Yucatán Peninsula. The locality is about 250 km northeast of the previous eastermost Mexican record and 115 km northwest of the northernmost record in Belize.
