Described from Surinam. Distribution: Costa Rica, Panama, Trinidad, Guyana, French Guiana, Surinam, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil (Amazonas, Pará), Peru. We add a new state record for Brazil, Roraima.

Specimen examined. BRAZIL, Roraima: Rio Alegre, Maracá , (labrado), 3°22’62’’N, 61°25’24’’W, male, 23– 24.II.2017, A.A. Agudelo ( INPA).
