Macrorhynchia allmani (Nutting, 1900) 

Synonyms in the area: Aglaophenia allmani  —Ritchie 1909; Van Gemerden-Hoogeveen 1965 [polyp]. Distribution in South America: polyp—Atlantic Ocean, Venezuela, at La Tortuga Island, Brazil, at 18.24°S 37.97°W, at 21.70°S 40.25°W (Ritchie 1909; Van Gemerden-Hoogeveen 1965; Migotto et al. 2002; Grohmann et al. 2003).

Habitat: polyp—at 65m, on “bottom deposit, coral” (Ritchie 1909:95).
