Remarks. The Iranian populations of Z. guevarai (Pourjam et al. 2000) closely correspond to the original description (de Guiran 1964). However, in the Iranian population, b factor is higher (4.6–8.1 vs 3.7–4.6). Even though variations in shape of the tail tip were observed, tail length and tail annules are the same as in the type material.
