NHMUK 1975547, lectotype; 1975548, two paralectotypes (Cuming coll.).

Remarks.

Pfeiffer gave ”Columbia” [= Colombia] as type locality; the Cumingian material is, however, labelled as "New Granada", which may refer to a broader area than Colombia. During a revision of Colombian Drymaeus species, Breure and Borrero were unable to recognize this taxon in the material studied (unpublished data); the data in Linares and Vera (2012) have to viewed with suspicion.

Bulimulidae , Drymaeus (Mesembrinus) perviabilis (Pfeiffer, 1853).
