Lectotype (designated here by Bizzarri): Herb. Linn. No. 147.1 ( LINN) .

Generitype of Centunculus Linnaeus.

Current name: Centunculus minimus L. View in CoL ( Primulaceae ).

Note: Bizzarri (in Webbia 24: 670-671. 1970) discussed the typification of the name but did not eventually choose between the LINN sheet and the Dillenian material and illustrations, though concluding that all are taxonomically the same.
