Etymology. The species is named after Yang Zhi, one of the 108 outlaws in the classical Chinese literature Outlaws of the Marsh; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to G. nonggang (Liu, Xu, Xiao, Yin & Peng, 2019) by having the same shaped bursa and spermathecae but can be distinguished by the large, C-shaped copulatory openings and curved copulatory ducts (vs. small and oval copulatory openings and inconspicuous copulatory ducts in G. nonggang ).

Description. Female (holotype). Total length 3.00; carapace 1.24 long, 1.46 wide, opisthosoma 1.76 long, 1.03 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.10, ALE 0.10, PME 0.08, PLE 0.10, AME–AME 0.05, AME–ALE 0.02, PME–PME 0.06, PME–PLE 0.04, AME–PME 0.08, ALE–PLE 0.09. Chelicerae with three promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 7.31 (1.80, 2.70, 1.65, 1.16), II 5.73 (1.49, 2.06, 1.20, 0.98), III 4.77 (1.31, 1.45, 1.29, 0.72), IV 7.87 (2.11, 2.37, 2.24, 1.15). Leg spination: I femur 6pv, 1d, tibia 9-9v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 3pv, 1d, tibia 9-9v, metatarsus 3-3v, III femur 1d, IV femur 1d.

Coloration ( Fig. 46I View Figure 46 ). Carapace yellow, smooth. Chelicerae yellow. Endites and labium yellow. Sternum paler yellow. Legs red-yellow with black setae. Opisthosoma oval, brown, with black setae.

Epigyne ( Fig. 25 View Figure 25 ). Epigynal plate rectangular, copulatory openings wide, C-shaped. Copulatory ducts strongly curved. Spermathecae oval, separated by less than their diameter from each other. Fertilization ducts directed at clock 2:00 position from spermathecae.

Male. Unknown.

Material examined. Holotype ♀ (IZCAS-Ar43895), Vietnam: Hai Phong, Cat Ba National Park , Acacia Plantation, Sieving , (20.7840°N, 107.0012°E, elev. 47 m), 25 June 2007, Dinh-Sac Pham leg. Paratypes. 3♀ (IZCAS-Ar43896– Ar43898), same data as holotype GoogleMaps .

Distribution. Known only from the type locality.
