Etymology. The species is named after Hua Rong , one of the 108 outlaws in the classical Chinese literature Outlaws of the Marsh; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. Same as for the genus.

Description. Male (holotype). Total length 1.88; carapace 0.90 long, 0.75 wide, opisthosoma 0.98 long, 0.63 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.06, ALE 0.08, PME 0.05, PLE 0.06, AME–AME 0.02, AME–ALE 0.01, PME–PME 0.05, PME–PLE 0.04, AME–PME 0.05, ALE–PLE 0.04. Leg measurements: I 3.21 (0.84, 1.09, 0.80, 0.48), II 3.05 (0.83, 1.04, 0.73, 0.45), III 2.64 (0.70, 0.80, 0.70, 0.44), IV 4.01 (1.07, 1.26, 1.04, 0.64). Leg spination: I femur 2pv, 1d, tibia 6-6v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 1d, tibia 5pv, 4rv, metatarsus 4pv, 3rv.

Coloration ( Fig. 48C View Figure 48 ). Carapace yellow-brown, edge black. Chelicerae yellow. Endites and labium yellow-brown. Sternum yellow. Legs brown with black setae. Opisthosoma oval, dark brown, covered with black setae, dorsal scutum covering almost entire opisthosoma. Spinnerets yellow-brown.

Palp ( Fig. 43 View Figure 43 ). Femoral apophysis weak, with shallow groove. Patella almost as long as wide. Retrolateral tibial apophysis almost as long as tibia, thick, slightly curved. Dorsal tibial apophysis absent. Cymbium two times longer than wide. Bulb oval. Sperm duct U-shaped. Tegular apophysis long and thick, terminus expanded, blunt. Conductor lamellate, membranous, terminus pointed. Embolus thick, slightly curved, terminus bent.

Female (IZCAS-Ar43970). Total length 2.01; carapace 0.93 long, 0.77 wide, opisthosoma 1.08 long, 0.75 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.05, ALE 0.06, PME 0.04, PLE 0.07, AME–AME 0.01, AME–ALE 0.01, PME–PME 0.05, PME–PLE 0.04, AME–PME 0.05, ALE–PLE 0.03. Leg measurements: I 3.02 (0.82, 1.09, 0.71, 0.40), II 2.58 (0.74, 0.86, 0.59, 0.42), III 2.32 (0.61, 0.70, 0.59, 0.42), IV 3.47 (0.91, 1.07, 0.92, 0.57). Leg spination: I femur 2pv, 1d, tibia 6-6v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 1d, tibia 6pv, 5rv, metatarsus 4pv, 3r, IV 1d.

Coloration ( Fig. 48D View Figure 48 ). Similar to that of male except paler and dorsal scutum absent.

Epigyne ( Fig. 44 View Figure 44 ). Epigynal plate oval, copulatory openings obvious, at the middle of epigynal plate, horn shaped. Copulatory ducts inconspicuous. Bursae and glandular appendages absent. Spermathecae oval. Fertilization ducts as long as spermathecal length, directed at clock 2:00 position from spermathecae.

Material examined. Holotype ♂ (IZCAS-Ar43967), Vietnam: Hai Phong, Cat Ba National Park, Natural Forest , Sieving , (20.8190°N, 107.0365°E, elev. 104 m), 24 June 2007, Dinh-Sac Pham leg. Paratypes. 3♀ (IZCAS-Ar43968–Ar43970), same data as holotype GoogleMaps .
