Holotype: BM 1947.2.22. 34.

Type locality: “Santarem, Brasil.”

Distribution: Region 4. Amazon Basin ( Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela) and Guianas ( Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana). In Venezuela, only reported from one locality (base of Cerro La Neblina) in extreme southern Amazonas State.

Remarks: Unassigned to any species group.
