Bionomic Notes. Oxypoda gnara was collected from moist leaves along the margin of a large (35 m x 15 m) vernal pond in a mixed forest. Th is pond usually dries up completely by mid-July during most years, but was full when the adults were collected in July 2006 due to heavy rains. Nothing was previously known about the bionomics of this species. Collection method: sifting.
