Distribution. Afghanistan ( Razowski 1970b), Iran.

Remarks. Wingspan of the examined specimens: 19‾ 25 mm; the rust-coloured spots of the forewing are weakly developed in some specimens, even in those from the same population. Hindwing (in some specimens) much darker. In the male genitalia, there is slight variation in the shape of the median part of the transtilla; in the specimen from Borujen, it is almost compressed at the base. Length of median part of transtilla nearly as long as length of juxta. This species is newly recorded in the fauna of Iran.
