Description. Yellowish-brown species, with light veins on forewings. Color pattern of anterior dorsum and face as in Figs 1–3 View FIGURES 1 – 4 . Vertex with four dark brown marks on anterior margin. and orange–yellow longitudinal band midway between midline and eye extending to posterior margin of pronotum. Eyes fairly large, ocelli on anterior margin, separated from corresponding eye by approximately their own diameter. Antennae arising near lower corner of eye. Pronotum with anterior margin strongly and roundly produced, posterior margin slightly concave. Scutellum triangular, slightly shorter than pronotum, with transverse suture curved and depressed. Legs marked with brown.

Other external features as in generic description.

Male genitalia. Male pygofer side elongate with many large setae medially, without processes ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ). Valve with anterior margin produced and posterior margin concave medially, approximately trapezoidal ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ). Subgenital plate, with uniseriate row of macrosetae along lateral margin, internal appendage with many fine setae ( Figs. 7, 8 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ). Aedeagus dendriform, aedeagal shaft slender, longer than six times length of connective, with three pairs of lateral preapical processes, proximal pair longest with several small distal spines, gonopore apical on ventral surface ( Figs 9, 10 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ). Connective, loop–shaped with arms fused apically ( Figs. 11, 12 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ).

Female seventh sternum strongly concave medially on posterior margin, resulting in small subtriangular projection on both sides ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 5 – 15 ).
