? Holotype male [Note: We interpreted that the male Jeannel illustrated in figures is the holotype; he mentions 10 specimens, sex not given] in MEUC [MNNC, in Jeannel, 1962; n° 1345 (SBP, personal data)].
Type locality: Volcán Calbuco, E of Lake Llanquihue, 41º13’ S, 450 m, Los Riscos, Llanquihue Province, Chile.
Distribution: Argentina: Río Negro ( crenulata ) Province; Chile: Aisén, Cautín, Chiloé, Concepción, Llanquihue, Malleco, Ñuble, and Valdivia Provinces.
= Topaliola crenulata Hlisnikovský, 1964b: 312 View in CoL ; Newton, 1998: 167 comb. (to Chiliopelates View in CoL ) (holotype seen); Salgado, 2006: 92 syn. (paratypes seen). Holotype male in HNHM. Type locality: El Bolsón, Río Negro Province, Argentina.
