DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Namibia , Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Mwinilunga, in Northwestern Province ; Lusaka , in Lusaka Province; Mufulira, Ndola and Kitwe, in Copperbelt Province .

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include the Fabaceae species, Brachystegia spiciformis Benth. and Julbernardia globiflora (Benth.) Troupin.
