DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia , Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Lusaka , in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include unidentified grasses in South Africa ( Schintlmeister & Witt 2015) and the Fabaceae species, Rhynchosia viscosa DC. , elsewhere in Africa ( African Moths 2019) .
