MATERIAL. Langr Island in the estuary of Amur River , 29.VII 1915, 3 ex. (Pavlenko) .

DISTRIBUTION. Transpalaearctic polyzonal species, known from British Isles to Japan.

NOTES. Larvae phytophagous or saprophagous, develop in shoots of diverse grasses,

including cereals.
