Fulvidius zetteli (Chérot & Gorczyca) comb. nov.

( Figures 6, 8 View FIGURES 1 – 8 )

Cylapofulvidius zetteli Chérot & Gorczyca 2000: 223 View in CoL , 224, Figs. 3, 5 View FIGURES 1 – 8 , 15–16, 23 View FIGURES 9 – 15 View FIGURES 16 – 23 ; Gorczyca 2006: 29–30, 94, Fig. 8 View FIGURES 1 – 8 .

Diagnosis. Recognized by the following characters: body length 3.9 mm or more; proepimeron entirely dark brown ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 1 – 8 ); humeral angle of pronotum and apex of scutellum with a large, orange patch ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1 – 8 ); posterior margin of pronotum without pale patch ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1 – 8 ); male and female genitalia as described by Chérot & Gorczyca (2000: Figs 15–16 View FIGURES 9 – 15 View FIGURES 16 – 23 ).

F. zetteli is most similar to F. thailandicus in sharing large orange patch on the humeral angle of the pronotum. This species can, however, be distinguished by the bigger body and shape of female genitalia (see Chérot & Gorczyca 2000, Figs. 15–16 View FIGURES 9 – 15 View FIGURES 16 – 23 ).
