Host range and distribution. Oligoxenous species associated with the starlings ( Passeriformes  : Sturnidae  ): Aplonis panayensis (Scopoli)  , Enodes erythrophris (Temminck)  and Mino dumontii Lesson  ( Sturnidae  ), all from Indonesia (Skoracki & Glowska, 2008).
