Fanthamia View in CoL :

- Female scape with only a single, stout seta dorsolaterally.

- Wing with apex of R 1 absent, so that only the first radial cell is evident. The feature is not entirely unique in the family. Some Meunierohelea (including fossils) and * Wirthohelea Szadziewski also have only the first radial cell but these differ by not having R 3 apically fused to the costa.
