Remarks. C. magnicerca is bigger than other species of the genus; thus, big females found together males were identified as belonging to this species.
Description of female. Same characters of the male (see Massa 2013, 2015b); like in the male small spines present on inner side of ventral fore and mid femora. Colour of tegmina green with some small blackish markings on posterior margins. Ovipositor gently up-curved, the subgenital plate short, triangular and apically straight.
Measurements of females (mm). Body length: 17.7–21.0; length of pronotum: 4.1–4.9; height of pronotum: 3.1–4.0; length of hind femora: 18.8–21.7; length of tegmina: 27.7–29.2; width of tegmina: 4.6–5.0; length of ovipositor: 5.1–5.9.
Distribution. C. magnicerca at present is known from Dzanga-Sangha Special Reserve and Dzanga-Ndoki National Park in CAR.
