St Andrew Parish, banks of Hope River bed E of University of West Indies campus just E of Kingston, 13 Jun 1963, Crosby & al. 132 (US; iso- DUKE).

Current name: Bouchea prismatica (L.) Kuntze ( Verbenaceae ).

Note: See Méndez Santos & Cafferty (in Taxon 50: 1139. 2002) who change Moldenke’s stated type choice to a neotype under Art. 9.8, and designate an epitype in its support.
