Syntypes: 1♂ ‘ Friesea brasiliensis ’ ‘Tipo’ ‘102.540’; 1♀ ‘ Friesea brasiliensis ’ ‘Tipo’ ‘102.541’. Current status: Acamptopoeum prinii (Holmberg, 1884) . Comments: In the original description of the syntypes the type locality is recorded as Jundiaí and São Paulo (São Paulo, Brazil). The lack of locality labels on listed syntypes did not afford the recognition of the provenance of each specimen, except in case of the unique male described from São Paulo city.
