Type locality: Zaïre .
Remark: The holotype (in MRAC) is mounted on 3 separate, permanent microscope slides with detatched wings, genitalia, remaining dissected body and maxillary palps. The examination confirmed the presence of bilobed segment X, although the genitalia are distorted and depigmented.
