Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan (Ghahari et al. 2010a), Fars, Kerman, Qazvin, West Azarbaijan ( Hoberlandt 1997), Khorasan ( Nateq Golestan & Modarres Awal 2012), Tehran ( Hoberlandt 1955; Safavi 1959; Modarres Awal 1997b), Iran (no locality cited) ( Göllner-Scheiding 2006b).
General distribution. Balkan Region, Turkey ( Anatolia), Iran, Near East.
Host plant. On Acroptilon repens ( Asteraceae ) ( Nateq Golestan & Modarres Awal 2012).
