Type species. Coremia (Dirocoremia) ingae Marques, 1994 (by original designation).
Diagnosis (modified from Marques & Napp 2003): Frons depressed with elevated, rounded lateral borders; eye lobe constriction very distal from antennal tubercle; male antennae surpassing elytral apex by four to six antennomeres; pronotum without lateral tubercle; metafemora with peduncle elongate, cylindrical, carinate, and clavate portion short, oval; metatibiae slightly curved.
