Euryparyphes quadridentatus (Brisout, 1852) ; Dirsh, 1965, Afr. gen. Acrid. ALRC, 96.

This species was earlier recorded from Tripolitania By Jannone (1938). The species can be identified by its pronotum tectiform, median carina elevated, wrinkled, with a thin longitudinal furrow, crossed by posterior sulcus at posterior third, lateral carinae well developed, obtuse.

Material examined: Sebha Region: Samnu, 3Ψ, on vegetable, 18.vi.90.

Localities: Cyrenaica; Tripolitania; Gas-Garabulli, Tripoli; Fezzan; Samnu.

Distribution: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya.
