Diagnosis. Wing clear. Abdomen without spots; male genitalia: surstylus with 1–2 processes, claw-like or furcated; hypandrium and pregonite fused (except for H. (H.) pallidula Malloch and H. (H.) diversa (Kertész) male unknown); aedeagus broad at middle in lateral view.
